Trip Overview

Enjoy a luxurious long trip in Egypt, touring Cairo to see the iconic Giza Pyramids, and check the latest discoveries in Saqqara. You’ll also visit the beautiful Alexandria that lays by the Mediterranean Sea to explore the treasures within.

You’ll also have a luxurious Nile Cruise between Aswan and Luxor to see the Pharaohs’ most incredible temples. Ending the trip at Hurghada to relax and have some beach fun.

Day 1: Cairo – First night in Egypt

  • Upon landing at Cairo International Airport, our representative will meet you to help you through passport control and customs formalities.
  • Then you’ll be transported to the Four Seasons hotel to check-in and enjoy your welcome drink. Have a lovely first night in Egypt.

Day 2: Cairo – Unleashing history

  • Good morning. Enjoy your tasty breakfast at the hotel before you depart for the city tour.
  • Today’s tour is one of a kind; it starts at the Three Majestic Pyramids of Giza, the icon of Egypt; you’ll get to be amazed by the sight of the pyramids that were made by the Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Mykcerinus. You’ll have an amazing time and take out-standing pictures.
  • You’ll then go to the Sakkara Complex, where King Djoser made the first trial of building a pyramid, “The Step Pyramid,” and check out the latest discoveries made in the area.
  • You’ll have your lunch during the visits.
  • You must be tired after the long day, drive back to the hotel to spend the night, or you can go and enjoy the nightlife of Cairo that never sleeps

Day 3: Cairo/Alexandria – The beautiful city

  • After having your breakfast, check-out from the hotel to be transferred to Alexandria by bus.
  • As you arrive at the enchanting city that lays by the Mediterranean Sea, you’ll check-in at the Four Seasons hotel.
  • You’ll depart to visit the Bibliotheca of Alexandria that acted as a major center for science and culture for many centuries. It was rebuilt in the late ’80s of the 20th century in the location of the ancient library.
  • You’ll have your lunch during the visits.
  • After finishing the visit, you’ll go back to the hotel to spend the night.

Day 4: Alexandria – Royal Egypt

  • Good morning. Enjoy your delicious breakfast at the hotel, then get ready for a city tour.

    Royal Jewelry Museum, one of the largest museums in Egypt, is housed in Princess Fatma El Zahraa that was built in the 19th century. The Museums hosts the jewelry and ornaments of the last royal family in Egypt.

    The Catacombs, an archeological site considered to be one of the Seven Wonders of the middle ages, consists of tombs and statues from the Greco-Roman period.

    Montazah Palace, was built in 1892 overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with magnificent gardens and a palace built by Khedive Abbas II.

  • You’ll have your lunch during the visits.
  • After finishing the tour, go back to the hotel to have a good night of sleep.

Day 5: Alexandria/Cairo – On the road

  • Good morning. Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, and get ready to check-out.
  • You’ll be transported by bus back to Cairo.
  • Upon arriving in Cairo, you’ll check-in to the Four Seasons hotel to spend the night.

Day 6: Cairo/Aswan – Peaceful Nile

  • You’ll check-out from the hotel first thing in the morning to depart to the airport to catch the flight to Aswan.
  • You’ll be transferred to the High Dam upon arrival; it’s a modern construction built to prevent the flooding of the Nile, resulting in moving some temples.
  • Next, you’ll take a motorboat to reach Agilkya Island, where Philae Temple was moved. It is one of the first temples that were dedicated to the goddess Isis alone.
  • Then you’ll be transferred to Sonesta St. George Nile Cruise to check-in and have lunch.
  • Later in the afternoon, you’ll have a Felucca Ride on the River Nile.
  • Return to the cruise afterward to enjoy the afternoon tea and the captain’s welcome cocktail before you have your dinner.
  • Then you’ll spend the overnight in Aswan. Sleep tight.

Day 7: Kom Ombo/Edfu– Unique temples

  • During breakfast, you’ll start sailing toward Kom Ombo early in the morning.
  • Upon arriving, you’ll visit the unique double designed Kom Ombo Temple. It was built in dedication to the falcon-headed god Haroeris and the crocodile-headed god Sobek.
  • Back to the cruise to resume the sailing toward Edfu this time while you eat your lunch.
  • As you arrive, you’ll visit Edfu temple; it is dedicated to Haroeris alone, the son of Isis and Osiris, the famous gods from Egyptian Mythology.
  • Return to the cruise so you can sail toward the final destination, Luxor, passing through Esna Lock. Enjoy your dinner.
  • You’ll spend the overnight at Esna.

Day 8: Luxor – Great Kings and Queen

  • You’ll start sailing early to Luxor while you enjoy your morning meal and fuel your energy well for today’s tour at the West Bank.

    The Valley of the Kings, your gateway to the afterlife, has rock-cut tombs of the Pharaohs of the New Kingdom, as it was the primary burial site at that time for 500 years.

    Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the temple that honors the Queen, who ruled as a king, she dedicated the temple to Amen as to his daughter. She built this temple in 15 years, modeled after the mortuary temple of Mentuhotep II.

    Two Colossi of Memnon, the guardians of Amenophis III mortuary complex, which once stood behind them. They are two massive stone statues of Amenophis III in a seated position.

  • Afterward, drive back to the cruise to eat your lunch and have some rest.
  • Later in the afternoon, enjoy your tea and go around the city on your own and do some exploration.
  • Come back to the cruise for dinner. Have a good night.

Day 9: Luxor/Hurghada – Mesmerizing temples

  • You’ll check-out from Sonesta St. George Nile Cruise after breakfast, so finish packing your bags early.
  • You still have the east side of Luxor to explore, so get ready for one more city tour before you go.
  • You’ll visit one of the world’s largest buildings, the Great Temple of Karnak, built gradually over 2000 years started by Amenophis III; it is famous for its 134 columns.
  • Then you’ll see Luxor Temple, the city of temples built by Amenophis III and later Ramses II added to it.
  • When you finish the visits, hop on the bus for a road trip toward Hurghada, about 290 Km away from Luxor.
  • As you arrive, check-in to Steigenberger hotel and have some rest.

Day 10: Hurghada – Time-out

  • Have a memorable luxurious time in this magnificent city. You have a couple of free days to relax and have fun with the red sea. There are plenty of activities available at the hotel like Aqua Park, Spa, and Golf beside the pool and the beach.

Day 11: Hurghada – Fun by the sea

  • You have another day full of fun if you didn’t have the chance to try any water activity, now is the time. Enjoy diving and snorkeling in the clear water of the Red Sea.

Day 12: Hurghada/Cairo – Back to the capital

  • The fun is over. Check-out from the hotel after breakfast to drive to Cairo, the capital about 530 Km away.
  • We will take you to the J.W. Marriott hotel in Cairo to check-in when you arrive and spend the night. Goodnight.

Day 13: Cairo – Good times always fly

  • You’ll check-out from the hotel when you finish eating your breakfast.
  • Afterward, you’ll be transported to the airport to catch your flight back home. As they say, good times always fly fast. It will be our pleasure to have you again. Goodbye.
